Open the “People” module from the People section of the main screen
Click on “Export to Spreadsheet” to get an Excel listing of all current users emailed to you.
Edit the spreadsheet to remove all rows except for the users you want to change passwords for. Enter the new password in the Password column (in this case a minimum of 6 characters is required).
In Workaware click on Company Settings in the Settings section of the main screen
Click on “Import” (you may need to scroll the top line to the right to see it
Click on “Import People Updates” and provide the spreadsheet you just edited.
If the upload succeeds you’ll see a green section. If there’s an error sending the file to the server a red notification will appear, in which case you’ll need to repeat #6 again
Once the upload is processed you’ll get an email letting you know if the update succeeded or not. If there were no errors the users will be able to log in with their new passwords.
Hopefully this answers your questions but if you need any further information please let us know. Thanks!

Hi Art,
Through the self-serve web interface those are the default security requirements. However one of your company’s Workaware administrators can set a less secure password in your user profile and then that would be your login password.

Subject: Password Changes
Good morning,
Art Sawatzky with PRWMC is curious regarding the new password rules. Does his password really need to be 12 characters or a 5 word phrase?
Please update him on what are currently the requirements.
Thank you,
Matt Ridgway
