This article will explain how to reset your Workaware password if you forgot it.

Please note that this will only work if you have an email address associated with your Workaware account. If you don’t, you will need to contact your company’s Workaware administrator to reset it for you. If you don’t know who that is please submit a ticket at the Workaware Support Desk.

Password Security

Workaware support is unable to recover a forgotten password, only set a new one. Additionally for security reasons we can only provide a new password to the email address on file for an account or to your company’s Workaware administrator.

Instructions

  1. You can access password reset at https://id.workaware.com/password/forgot

  2. In the box that appears enter your Workaware username
NOTE: This is not necessarily your email address but is the name you enter to log in to Workaware. If you have forgotten your Workaware username please contact your company’s Workaware administrator or submit a ticket at the Workaware Support Desk.

  3. Click on the “I’m not a robot” checkbox and then “Send Reset Link”. If we have an email address associated with your Workaware username then you’ll see a notice that a password link has been sent

    1. If we don’t have an email address associated with your account you’ll see a message like the following

In this case you’ll need to ask your company’s Workaware administrator or the Workaware Support Desk to reset the password for you.

  4. You should shortly receive an email from noreply@workaware.com with the subject line “Workaware Password Reset Request”. If you don’t receive it please make sure to check your junk mail/spam folders.

  5. Click on the link provided in the message. That will take you to a website where you can set a new password for your account.

  6. Enter your new password in both boxes and click on “Reset Password”.
